Signium 2017
Among the grapes that are harvested at the different regions of our country in late September Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Öküzgözü and Petit Verdot became the prominent grapes in 2017 with their superior qualities, as they are collected with a very low production of 4-5 tons per hectare. Signium vintage 2017 is born as 55 % Shiraz (Denizli),22 % Cabernet Sauvignon (Denizli), 15 % Öküzgözü (Denizli),8 % Retit Verdot (Saros). For Signium 2017, the maceration period lasts about 10-14 days and then the wine lots are aged for about 10 months in 100% French oak barrels. In Signium 2017 which draws attention with fruity, powerful and long structure, you can feel ripe cherry, prune, wild strawberry, vanilla, roasted almond and spice aromas with pleasure in your nose and on your palate.
